Place your international order online at USASupplementStore.com. All international orders (except Canadian orders) are shipped via United States Postal Service.

Shipping

Free shipping for all orders of $50 or more!

All orders within the continental United States will be shipped United Parcel Post (UPS) 2nd Day Air. Your order should arrive within 2 business days from the date ordered, if order is placed before 12 noon PST. Orders placed after 12 noon will ship the next business day.

If you would like weekend delivery please call our office during business hours to discuss the cost associated with a Saturday delivery.

We ship via US Postal Service "Priority Mail" to PO boxes and to APO/AE addresses, as required by the military. The cost is the same as UPS.

All Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico orders will be shipped via United Parcel Post Ground. Additional costs may apply. Please contact our office for shipping costs.

There are several UPS holidays when there will be no delivery service. Shipments will not be sent on holidays our office observes.

Orders Placed Directly From MOM Enterprises, Inc.

At MOM Enterprises, Inc. we strive to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases of any of our products. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products for any reason, we will replace the item or give you a refund. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase.

If there is a concern about the quality of any of our products (including a broken safety seal, damaged bottle, etc.), DO NOT USE the product and contact us immediately. Please DO NOT DISCARD the product. We must receive the product back in order to proceed with any refund or replacement. We will make shipping arrangements for the return of the product via our preferred shipping carrier at no charge to you. If you are unsatisfied for any other reason, upon purchase verification, you may receive a refund or a credit with MOM Enterprises, Inc. for the purchase amount. A credit can be used for up to six months, free of any shipping charges.

Purchased Made From a Retailer

When any of our products are purchased from a retailer, the retailer’s return policy will supercede our policy. The product must be returned to the place where you purchased, with your receipt and any other information they may require. We are unfortunately unable to refund or issue credit for products purchased from a retailer. However, if you encounter any problems with your return of the product, you may contact our customer service department and we can help direct you on how to proceed to the best of our ability.
